- Packaging: Standard packaging is bulk, special packaging quoted on request.
- Artwork: Camera-ready digital art as Illustrator files required. A $25.00 art charge will apply for each change made to artwork by our Art Department.
- Proofs: Email proofs, no charge
- Cancellations: On orders for customized product, customers are responsible for all work completed up to the time of cancellation and will be charged accordingly.
- Claims: Notification must be made within 24 hours from receipt
- Tax: Sales tax will be charged where applicable.
- Truck Shipment: Recipient phone number required. Sidewalk delivery only.
